Hey! How is everyone doing? I hope all is well. I have a little story to tell about seeing what you have in front of you before you journey elsewhere.
Saturday morning, I got up early like I do every Saturday
to watch the news and eat some cereal.
You know the normal lazy weekend routine, but something
felt different about this Saturday.
I was compelled to leave the house and go get coffee, so I
did. I grabbed my camera and decided to make a morning photo walk out of it. I
decided to go the coffee shop a little out of the way ( like 5 min away instead
of 2 min lol) and I am so glad I did.
After getting my coffee, outside the shop I noticed some trees in the distance, so I said let's start this photo walk. I walked until I got near the trees, and to no surprise it was a park. I laid my eyes on a photographer paradise. The park had huge trees, a duck pond, and even small bridges over tiny lakes.
The park had at least four photographers there shooting family and engagement sessions with the most amazing scenery for a backdrop.
I was planning to take a trip to central park (35 min drive) to shoot some family photos, but I have my own central park 5 min away. I went back the next day to do some test shots with my son, and I am now planning a proper family shoot for next weekend.
